Shipping is guaranteed for all orders, but due to Covid-19 restrictions some areas may experience delays. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our Staff

To ensure you have an easy and pleasant shopping experience, we have already included the cost of VAT in the final price without any additional charge on the price. No unexpected additional costs on delivery, just the pleasure and convenience of receiving everything at your home!

We would like to inform you that during the holiday periods, deliveries may be delayed by 2-3 working days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

1. Shipping methods and costs

To offer you the best service and ensure fast shipping throughout Italy we have chosen express delivery to meet your needs. Shipping costs do not vary based on destination. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (orders accepted before 12pm CET will be dispatched the same day). Estimated dispatch times are to be considered as a guide only and from the date of dispatch we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorisation processes.

2. Important shipping information

Please consider the following information:

    • A signature on the receipt is required for all orders;
    • We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch, so please ensure you provide an address where you can be reached at the time of delivery within the specified delivery times.
    • Our Online Store does not ship to PO Boxes or use poste restante.
    • If we do not find anyone at the address indicated, we will try to deliver the package two more times, leaving a sheet with instructions each time.

3. When do we deliver?

Our Online Store ships throughout Italy, delivering from Monday to Friday during office hours. It is not possible to book a delivery.

Our Online Store does not deliver on pre-holidays and holidays.

3. Free shipping

Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order during checkout.

In the event that you need to return an item purchased during a free shipping promotion, you will be responsible for the return.

4. The first order

For your security, if this is your first time ordering, it can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a company address that we will independently verify at a later date. To avoid delays, please make sure your billing address is the same as the address on your card statement, and write the cardholder's name exactly as it appears on your card. Please also make sure to enter your contact information accurately, so we can communicate with you if necessary.

5. Insurance

Please note that we insure every order in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for every item delivered, at which point responsibility for the order passes to you. If you are not the recipient of your parcel (for example, if it was a gift) then the person who signed for it confirms delivery and is responsible for the parcel.

7. Taxes

For all ITA destinations, VAT will be applied.
