SHOPPING
Purchasing on the Stele Online Store is very simple: if you already know what you are interested in, use the specific links. Once you have found a product you wish to order, select the size and colour and click the 'Add to Cart' button below.
You can see the selected products by clicking on the icon at the top right of the page, which opens your Shopping Bag.
From the Shopping Bag you can directly modify the product details (quantity), remove them if you have changed your mind or add the products to your Wish List.
To complete your order click on 'Checkout'.
Registration is not mandatory, but if you do you will enjoy the following benefits:
Review your orders;
Track your order shipment and review all your purchases;
Make your downloads;
Save your address;
Save your payment details to make purchases faster;
Manage your account details.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the top right icon on Sign In, click on 'Forgot your password?' and simply follow the instructions on the pop up that opens.
You will receive an email with a new temporary password.
On the STELE Online Store, sizes can refer to the Italian size system. Just click on 'Size Guide', the link you find on each product page.
If a product runs larger or smaller, you will find this indicated in the product description.
All products are available; products no longer available for purchase will be indicated as “Sold Out”.
Please note that even if a product is in your shopping bag, another customer can still purchase it until you complete your order.
If the product you want to buy is “Sold out”, add it to your Wish List to save it and be able to review it at any time: you will receive a notification when it is available again.

We use cookies to know how many times you visit our site, the contents of your Shopping Bag, your previous purchases and to send you notifications that are of specific interest to you.

PAYMENTS
The online security of your personal data is important to us.
We use advanced encryption technology (SSL) to securely transmit your personal information and credit card details.

For your security, every time you enter a new delivery address we will ask you to provide us with your credit or debit card details again (even if you have previously used them on our store).
This means that if someone discovers your password and tries to place an order using your account, they will not be able to.
We are sure you will understand that this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.
There are two ways to remove previously saved credit card information: edit or add a new shipping or billing address, or during your next order simply uncheck the “remember my payment details” option on the checkout page.
In your 'Wish List' you can save your favorite products, keep track of them and possibly buy them whenever you want.
To create a 'Wish List' you must be registered on the site and logged in.
As you browse, use the 'Wish List' button found on the product page and it will automatically be moved to your Wish List, which you can find on the right hand side of the navigation bar.
Click on the product image to go to its page and see specific product details.
You can also add it to your shopping bag or remove it.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes or using poste restante.
We don't even ship via freight forwarders.
You can only ship to one address per order.
If your order includes gifts or products that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
We offer express shipping. For more information, please visit our SHIPPING section.
All products are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address.
Once the products have been delivered to the address and the person collecting them has signed for them, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your package is damaged upon delivery, we suggest you refuse delivery, or write a note when signing that you are accepting a damaged package.
Due to the value of the products we sell, we require proof of delivery for every order. This means we cannot authorise the delivery of packages without a signature.
We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipment.
So, please make sure you provide an address where you can be reached at the time of delivery according to the specified delivery times.
It is not possible to combine orders or add products to an existing order.
If you want all your products to be delivered together, you will have to cancel the first order and place a new one containing all the products you want to request.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details and a tracking number to track your order.
If you are registered, you can track the status of your shipment by clicking on 'Account' and then on 'Orders'.
We try to ship all orders within 24 hours.
Estimated shipping times are to be considered as a guide only and from the date of dispatch we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorization processes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping details and a tracking number to track your order. If you are registered, you can track the status of your shipment by clicking on 'Orders' in your account.
If you are not registered, do so now so you can track the status of your future orders.

We assure you that your personal information remains private and confidential and that we will not rent or sell it under any circumstances.
To register, we need to know your name, postal address and email.
When we process your online order, we ask you to provide us with your billing address, shipping address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date.
If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify the validity of your payment.
