HOW TO BUY

1. Place an order

NEW CUSTOMERS

For your security, if this is your first time placing an order, it can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a company address that we will independently verify at a later date. To avoid delays, please make sure your billing address is the same as the address on your card statement, and write the cardholder's name exactly as it appears on the card. Please also make sure to enter your contact details accurately, so we can communicate with you if necessary.

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS

If you already have an account, please log in using your email and password and you will be taken directly to the first 'Checkout' page.

HOW TO ORDER

Purchasing on the Stele Online Store is very simple: if you already know what you are interested in, use the specific category links or browse the various sections. Once you have found a model you wish to order, select the size and colour and click the 'Add to Cart' button below. You can view the selected models by clicking on the 'Shopping Bag' icon at the top of the page. From the Shopping Bag you can directly modify the product details (quantity), remove them if you have changed your mind or add the products to your Wish List. To complete the order click on 'Checkout'.

HOW TO PRE-ORDER

You can pre-order a selection of items before they are even available in the boutique. You will receive them conveniently at the address of your choice as soon as they are available in our warehouse. On the Check-Out pages of the pre-order items you will also find the estimated shipping date. If your order contains both already available and pre-order items, the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated shipping date. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we ship your package.

GIFT CARD

When purchasing a GIFT CARD, VOUCHER OR VIRTUAL GIFT CARD, it will be sent via email to the address you provided at the time of purchase.

If you wish to receive or have the GIFT CARD delivered to third parties via EMAIL, simply enter the recipient's email address directly in the form.

They are excluded from Returns and Refunds and each Gift card will have a maximum duration of 3 months.

BILLING AND SHIPPING

Please enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without a proper billing address and phone number. If you are not a new customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the Billing & Shipping page. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, enter the address to which you would like your order to be shipped.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Select the shipping method for the product or products you want to purchase. For more information on shipping, CLICK HERE .

PAYMENT INFORMATION

At this point, you will need to verify that the address is correct, review your order and finally select the payment method and click on 'Continue Checkout'.

ORDER SUMMARY

After entering your billing details, in the 'Order Summary' you will find a summary of the products you are purchasing and the order total. Click on 'Submit Order' to complete the checkout.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have completed checkout, on the 'Order Confirmation' page you will find the details regarding your order, such as billing and shipping address, selected shipping and payment methods and a summary of your order with the total amount. You will receive an order confirmation by email, with an order number that you can use to track your order in 'My Account'. Once your products have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the details of the product or products that have been shipped.

SIZE INFORMATION

Please refer to the size guide on the product page to help you choose the best size for your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with the size you ordered, return the product and we will resend it to you in the size you prefer. For more information, please visit our section RETURNS .

2. Modify or cancel an order

If you are placing an order from the European Union under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order by notifying our staff in writing within seven working days of the date of delivery. You must notify our staff of your wish to cancel the contract for the whole order within seven working days of receiving the goods. You can get in touch with us by visiting the CONTACT or contact us by email: store@stelecalzaturificio.it.

Upon receipt of your communication of cancellation of the contract, our Staff will send you an email with the Return Authorization Number. Please enter this number in the Return Proforma Invoice that you will receive with your order and complete it with the requested details. Attach the Return Proforma Invoice with your return so we can process it immediately. In case you lose the Return Proforma Invoice, you will have to download it from the link that you will find in the email with the return authorization received from our Staff, or you can download it from the Download section within your account.

We recommend that you insure your return shipment as you are directly responsible for any damage to them until we receive them back in our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure method of shipping your return that allows us to track it.

3. Accepted payment methods

Payment for your order can be made by credit card. We accept payments with:

  • VISA
  • MASTERCARD
  • AMERICAN EXPRESS

The cash on delivery payment method cannot be used.
